Coaching legend Bruce Hoffine dies at the age of 84.

Bruce passed away June 27, 2010, in North Bend.
Arrangements are pending with Coos Bay Chapel.

Coach Hoffine was a 1944 Marshfield graduate.
He won coached state championship teams at both
the junior high level and high school level (1953).
Bruce was inducted into the first Pirate Hall of Fame class in 2003
