Coos Bay Schools Community Foundation

All teachers and staff members of the Coos Bay School District 9 are eligable. Fill out a Request for Funding and either give it to a board member or mail it to the Foundation address.

You may give in one of two ways!

Unrestricted Donations
will be used where the Foundation Board believes they will be most helpful, based on discussions with parents, school staff, and students.

Restricted Donations
will be used to support a program or a school of your chosing.

The choice is yours.

The mission of the Coos Bay Schools Community foundation is to promote programs for the arts, academics, activities, and athletics to benefit the students of the Coos Bay School District by raising funds through community partnerships.

Sometimes it seems like one person's small gift can't help. Our community is different. We have always been great at pooling together our resources to make real changes in people's lives. That's what this Foundation is about: coming together to improve our schools, to help our children have amazing experiences and boundless opportunities. Your contributution is important, and we are excited to have you involved in our efforts.

The Foundation Board carefully considers
feedback from community members, staff, students and their families before determining how
donated funds will be used to help the Coos Bay
School District. In general, we ensure programs we fund help students in four areas:
